Hibiiki Harmony offers subtle flavors of cinnamon, orange, apricot, pepper and oak and is a blend of more than 10 malt and grain whiskies, aged in five different casks, from Suntory's three distilleries.
Yame Eight Goddesses is a Japanese Whisky blended from whiskies matured in oak for 10-13 years inspired by the mythical Yametsu Hime said to protect the scenic mountainous beauty of the Yame Region, home of the famed Kitaya distillery.
Predominantly made from corn, whisky distilled in a Coffey still is matured in old casks such as re-filled, remade and re-charred casks original- ly made from American oak to deliver the sweet and mellow flavors of Coffey distillates.
The complex formula is created by blending more than 100 different batches of malt and grain whiskies. After blending, the whisky is filled into used barrels and matured for another few months.
Made from 100% malted barley, whisky distilled in a Coffey still is matured in old casks to enhance the rich maltiness, complexity and a silky, creamy texture. Long finish with black cherry, creme brulee, cinnamon and all spice.
Blended in the scotch tradition with Japanese precision, the malt is lightly peated. The nose is very fruity with apricots and dried fruits, and a shy note of honey.

Ginjyo / Tochigi It has hint of lychee, wintergreen and dried pear. Dry on the palate and full of eucalyptus, cucumber and mineralty with clean finish. Ultimate style of sake brewed by Gohyaku-mangoku Sake Rice.
