Tandoori Cuisine is an ancient method of cooking. Using a clay oven called Tandoor, meats are marinated in yogurt and spices. All of our Tandoori dishes are served with basmati rice, vegetables, and lentil sauce. (Please allow 15 minutes for preparation.)
