8 hour braised pork in traditional pork adobo style. Pulled and topped with Lechon sauce, atchara and an annatto aioli. Served on a bun with choice of fried rice or shrimp chips.

(Shoo-Pow) Sweet steamed bun filled with slow braised pork adobo

(2) Asian banana and jackfruit covered in brown sugar, rolled into lumpia wrapper and deep fried covered in carmalized brown sugar and served with a scoop of ube ice cream.

3 pork tacos on handmade ube corn tortillas. Topped with a pineapple pico de gallo and mango habanero sauce. Served with choice of fried rice or shrimp chips.
