Our pizza dough is made from the best flour, spring water, yeast, and olive oil we can find. We let it ferment for 48-72 hours, this results in a more developed product that's much easier to digest. It is thrown by hand and cooked in our giant brick ovens. It's not the easiest way to make pizza, but we think the extra work pays off! We hope you agree.
