Okay, fam, listen up! I recently took a little weekend road trip up to Medford. A follower had been raving about how much the Meadow Glen area had changed, and I needed a change of scenery. First things first, I loaded up on the classics. The Beef Bulgogi was calling my name – thinly sliced beef marinated in a sweet and savory soy sauce, it was so tender! Next up? Spicy Pork Belly! If you like a kick, this is a must-try. The gochujang marinade is *chef's kiss*. And of course, I had to get some Chicken Teriyaki; it's marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce and always a crowd-pleaser. Medford definitely surprised me! After my SURA feast, I took a stroll through The Park at River's Edge. It's such a peaceful spot for a walk, especially after all that delicious food! Next time, I'm planning a little detour to Bow Market in Somerville, too. I've heard they have some amazing artisan shops and cool vibes.
