Okay, friends, let me tell you about my unexpected adventure in Lincoln! I decided to take a weekend road trip to see my college roommate, Sarah, and she insisted we check out Robber's Cave Tours. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little creeped out at first, but it was actually super interesting learning about the history!

After all that underground exploring, I was starving. Sarah suggested we head to Los Cabos Mexican Grill Lincoln, and let me tell you, it was the perfect choice. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy. Bright colors, friendly staff, and the aroma of sizzling fajitas – I knew I was in for a treat.

First things first: the margaritas! They have a whole section dedicated to them, and I was immediately overwhelmed (in a good way!). I finally decided on the SWIRL MARGARITA (SANGRÍA MARGARITA) for $9.00, and it was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. Sarah went with the classic LIME margarita for $7.50 and loved it. They have so many choices – the BLUE MARGARITA ($8.00) and the MARGARONA ($12.50) caught my eye for next time!

For my main course, I went with the POLLO TAPATÍO ($14.99). Slices of tender chicken, perfectly grilled and smothered in that amazing cheese dip? Yes, please! Sarah opted for the POLLO POPEYE, also $14.99, and she said the spinach and pico de gallo combo was a game-changer. Seriously, the portions are generous, and everything tasted so fresh and flavorful.

What really sets Los Cabos apart is the variety of chicken dishes. They have like a million options! The POLLO FUNDIDO ($14.99) with the Mexican sausage sounded incredible, and I’m already planning my next visit to try the POLLO MEXICANO ($14.99) with shrimp and chorizo. They have steak options too! STEAK TAPATÍO ($18.99) sounds delightful.

After our amazing meal, we debated a walk through Sunken Gardens to enjoy the flowers, but Sarah convinced me that Lost In Fun! was more our style. If you’re looking for something fun and active to do with kids, or even just with your friends, I recommend Lost in Fun! So much fun!

If you're ever in the Lincoln area, especially after checking out the local attractions, do yourself a favor and head to Los Cabos Mexican Grill. The food is fantastic, the drinks are on point, and the atmosphere is just plain fun. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
