Holy Cow! Chubby Cattle BBQ Just Raised the Steaks in Vegas!

Okay, y'all, I need to tell you about my culinary adventure in Vegas! I was in town this weekend visiting my college bestie, Sarah (we were overdue for a catch-up!), and she INSISTED we check out the Fremont Street Experience. It's always a sensory overload in the best way, and after wandering around and soaking in the sights and sounds, we were STARVING.

Sarah, being the amazing friend that she is, had already scoped out the perfect spot: Chubby Cattle BBQ | Las Vegas! I'd heard whispers about this place from a few followers, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. This isn't your average smoky backyard barbecue. This is a next-level, all-you-can-eat hot grill experience that'll have you saying "Moo-lah-lah!" (Okay, maybe that’s just me.)

What makes Chubby Cattle BBQ so unique? First off, the quality of the meat is insane. They have a tiered system, and we went for the "Silver Tier" which was still an absolute feast. The Thin Sliced Beef Tongue (Meats [Silver Tier]) was surprisingly delicate and flavorful. But the real star? The M8-9 Wagyu Oysters (M8-9和牛生蠔 [Silver Tier]) – melt-in-your-mouth goodness. At the recommendation of our server, we also grabbed Wagyu Short Ribs (和牛肋條 [Silver Tier]) and Prime Angus Finger Meat (安格斯手指肉 [Silver Tier]) which were both incredible. The prices vary depending on the tier you choose, but trust me, it's worth every penny for the quality and experience.

The best part is grilling everything yourself right at the table! It's interactive and fun, and you can cook everything to your exact preference. They also have an array of sauces and spices to experiment with.

Before heading back to Sarah's, we decided to walk around and see if there was anything else nearby. We were thinking about visiting the Springs Preserve. Sarah had heard amazing things about their botanical garden and museums. Also, AREA15 looked like an awesome immersive experience with unique art installations and activities – definitely on my list for next time!
