Forget the Strip, I found my Vegas thrill on a tabletop grill, piled high with pork belly and bulgogi. This all-you-can-eat spot near Fremont is a delicious detour.

A day built around one meal
Okay, so I wasn't *really* planning a Vegas trip. I was just passing through, stretching a long drive into a mini-adventure. After taking in the sensory overload that is the Fremont Street Experience, I was starving and craving something interactive, a little different. All You Korean BBQ/SUSHI/HOT POT popped up on my map, and the promise of tabletop grilling was too tempting to resist.
The industrial-chic vibe is definitely a departure from the usual Vegas glitz, but it works. Think exposed ductwork, dark wood, and the happy sizzle of meat on grills. It's a boisterous, energetic space – perfect for a group, but just as fun solo. I grabbed a table and dove right in.
First, the appetizers. I started with the basics – edamame, of course – but the Spicy Garlic Edamame took it up a notch. Then, I sampled a few other items, like the Shrimp Shumai and the crispy Vegetable Tempura. The Bacon Bites were surprisingly addictive. All of the appetizers range in price from $4 to $8.
But let’s be honest, I was there for the BBQ. The all-you-can-eat selection is impressive, with a range of marinated meats ready for grilling. I started with the classics: Bulgogi (thinly sliced marinated beef) and the Garlic Beef Belly. Both were flavorful and cooked quickly on the hot grill. The Pork Belly was a must. I also tried the Spicy Pork, which had a nice kick. Next time, I'm splurging on the Rib Eye and Beef Tongue (both +$6).
Between grilling rounds, I was already planning my next Vegas outing. Springs Preserve is high on my list – a nature escape sounds perfect after all the bright lights. And I've heard amazing things about AREA15, that immersive entertainment complex. It's good to know that there are attractions outside the casinos.
All You Korean BBQ/SUSHI/HOT POT isn't fine dining. It's a fun, interactive experience with good food and a lively atmosphere. If you're looking for a break from the usual Vegas scene and want to get your hands dirty (in the best way possible), I highly recommend it.
