Cantaloupe infused Aviation gin, lemon, mint, agave, cava

Appleton Estate rum, Velvet Falernum, Nilla Wafer, bananas. We are banana-splitting, so we turned it into a milk punch. We were threatened with violence if we took this off the menu.
Reposado tequila, Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, cacao, cold brew, cayenne-cinnamon syrup, heavy cream. Viva la revolución!

Fior de Cana aged rum, Underberg (bitter German digestif), Cocchi di Torino vermouth, lemon, simple, egg white, heavy cream, Mexican Coke. Ramos Gin Fizz-style, may take 10 minutes, we don't mind!

Tanqueray infused Appleton Estate rum, Ancho Reyes Verde (habanero liqueur), Devil-made pineapple oleo, pineapple juice, lime juice, Angostura bitters. We aiiii know what those frogs are trying to do, and Devil is here for it!

Espolon tequila blanco, habanero infused mango nectar, lime, crushed ice, ginger beer, mint tincture. Bold flavors, pretty colors, bright lights, and a damn good cause.
Rittenhouse Rye, Cocchi Rosa, pineapple, lime, simple, orange bitters, seltzer. It's not horrible, but naming it Gone A-Rye just didn't look right.
Glenicio mescal, Bruto Americano (Italian bitter, Campari family tree), pineapple syrup, clarified lime, Angostura bitters. Shut up, it's perfect, you're perfect, and everyone respects you.

Fior de Caña aged rum, Devil's Adult Fireball, coconut infused Campari, pineapple, sour orange, coconut, mole bitters. What's your favorite thing about unicorns? I like that they're horny.
Plymouth gin, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, pineapple, lime, sesame syrup, Angostura bitters. Finally back after too long (it's my favorite).

Appleton Estate rum, Fior de Caña aged rum, Amaro Meletti, vanilla infused Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Angostura bitters, Blackstrap rum float, sea salt. A rum old-fashioned born of ultra-violence.
Cardamom infused Speyburn 10yr single malt Scotch, Averna Amaro, orange bitters, absinthe spray. A Manhattan for your black heart.
Toki Japanese Whisky infused with shiitake mushrooms, ginger, green Szechuan, and red miso, maple syrup, Angostura bitters, smoked salt. All cocktails are soup, change my mind.
Maker's Mark bourbon, Pierre Ferrand liqueur, Tempus Fugit Crème de cacao, Fernet Branca, stout syrup, Angostura bitters. Call it whatever you like but it's got coffee, chocolate, and bitters, so we're here for it.
Plantation Pineapple rum, Devil-made tropical vermouth, local anchovy, Angostura, saline, Angostura bitters. Tried, tested, and approved! All with a little more foresight than those folks in 1946...
Olafsson's Rose Gin, Dolin Blanc vermouth, pear eau de vie, elderflower liqueur. A bright and beautiful martini, perfect for the changing seasons.
